  • Movement Practical: The Hollow & Arch from the Floor & Bar

SUNDAY 10AM - 12PM

  • Movement Practicals: Air Squats, Single-Leg Squats (pistols), Push-Ups, Dips

  • Movement Practical: Getting Upside Down - Handstands

  • Application: How to apply to your regular training.
